About this page
This policy covers the current Rafter marketing website. The workspace, connected apps, and channel experiences pictured here are product illustrations. This website does not currently provide accounts or connect visitors to Google Drive, Dropbox, Jira, or other outside tools.
Information you choose to send
If you use a contact link to email us, your email provider sends the address, message, and any other information you include. We use that information to read and respond to your inquiry.
Information involved in a visit
Delivering a website requires technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages, and request times, to pass through hosting infrastructure. The current website code does not add an analytics service, advertising tracker, account system, or marketing cookie. Hosting and browser behavior should be confirmed before this policy is published as final.
Who handles information
Website hosting and email providers may process the technical information and messages needed to deliver the site and handle correspondence. This site does not transmit visitor information to the third-party tools shown in its product illustrations.
Keeping information
Retention of email correspondence and technical request information depends on the email and hosting services used. Those services and their retention settings need confirmation before a final retention period can be stated.
Your choices and questions
You can browse the marketing pages without creating an account. You can choose whether to send us an email and what to include in it. For questions about information you have sent, use the contact address shown on this site. The owner of that inbox should be confirmed before public launch.
Changes
If Rafter adds accounts, live integrations, analytics, or other data handling, this page should be updated to describe those features before they are offered. The update date at the top of this page identifies the current draft.
